How do I keep the tip of the spit rod from slipping out of the motor on my grill rotisserie?
I have a new grill rotisserie and the tip of the spit rod that goes into the motor falls out about every 10 minutes. I have tried looking in the manual to see if I am doing anything wrong and calling the company to no avail. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong?

it should fit in just perfect with no problem. My guess is you got a lemon my friend! take it back for a new one!

there should be a round metal thing with a screw nut on it that sits on the edge of our grill on the opposite end...by the handle of the rod...this is adjustable and you set it on the edge of the grill, tighten it up and your rod should not move.
