Are you looking for the best home gym systems?  Many people are trying to lose weight and get fit these days.  With the cost of health care rising and the rate of obesity on the rise it is no surprise that so many people are looking for a good home gym.  We all want to get in shape and what better way to do it than a home gym.

Home gyms offer many benefits.  First, they are convenient because you can workout right in your own home.  Second, they give you the ability to work multiple muscle groups on one machine.  Lastly, they are a great deal compared with what you would spend buying specialized equipment that all comes in the gym system.

A home gym is usually made up of adjustable bars and weights.  You can customize the gym to suit your fitness level and needs.  There are multiple exercise choices that you can do on a gym.  You can work out legs and arms while also being able to change up the weight amount for each type of exercise.

When choosing a home gym it is important for you to find one that is easy to use and that meets your needs.  It is a good idea to know what types of exercises you want to do.  That way you can buy a gym that includes the equipment for the exercises that you want to do.

There are many home gym systems on the market.  Make sure to shop around and get the best deal.  Choose a gym that will help keep you motivated and that lets you work the parts of your body that you want to focus on.  In the end your new gym system can help you reach your fitness goals.

Pushups and crunches/situps are your friends.

then she killed my brain
forget the equipment! i did lunges in my back yard...rode my bike for 3 miles a day, did situps pushups, and also a few other stretches...(wanted to do the splits) works as good as spending hundreds of dollars...good luck! only way it will work is if you are dedicated! dont give in...even if you dont shed 20 pounds all of a sudden! keep up with it, and im sure youll do great!

The best way to build muscle at home would be to eat a lot of protein (like eggs or protein shakes) and then i wouldnt use any machines, instead use dumbbells and get a benchpress olympic bar and weights, Also pushups are a very good way too. I wouldn't use machines because with free weights you have to balance wich makes it harder wich builds more muscle.

DEFINITELY go with free weights. Those gym systems are ridiculous... free weights not only 1. build up your stabilizer muscles way more than machines, but also are: 2. not as expensive 3. not as limiting... you can do a HUGE variety of exercises 4. they work out both sides equally (even if, for eg. one arm is slightly weaker). With machines, the stronger arm can take over the work and you get unequal development. Get free weights. Workout. Eat like a machine, especially if you're a hard gainer like me. And you WILL put on muscle.
