Examples of factors that may infringe upon your ability to memorize certain facts include but are not limited to, lifestyle choices such as drug and alcohol abuse, moderate to severe stress, diet issues, and sleep complications. If you find that you suffer from these issues, it is important that you take the appropriate measures to overcome them.

If you want to improve your memory, it is important to consider the fact that you have five unique senses that may assist in your overall success.
