Selecting the right juggling ball that is right for you is essential as all juggling balls are not made the same and some are just not right for juggling at all. Balls that are specifically designed for juggling also come in many different sizes and weights and there are many different factors that must be considered when selecting the one that is right for you. One of the first things to consider is what type of juggling you are going to be using the balls for as the many different types of juggling routines each require a different style, size and weight.

If you only use three balls when juggling you will most likely want to select a larger type of juggling ball such as three inches or greater. If you are juggling with five or more balls, then you will probably want to choose something smaller such as two and half inches. There are also many different colors and designs to choose from when selecting juggling balls and for practice you may want to choose single colored balls whereas for performing you will may want to use something brighter or flashier. The price range of juggling balls also varies and while you can purchase juggling balls for ten dollars and sometimes less, you may be better off purchasing juggling balls that are a little more expensive as the less expensive type will probably not last you very long.

There are also many different styles of juggling balls including the most popular which are bean bag juggling balls that are perfect for beginners and  those with flashing lights that change colors as they are juggled.
