If you toss and turn at night, you can get much better sleep with a memory foam mattress top for your mattress.

With memory foam, it fits your body contours, while offering you support at the same time.

The reason most people toss and turn on a regular mattress is that the inner-springs don't offer even support.

That isn't the case with memory foam, which offers support where you need it and offers cushiony comfort where your body needs to rest.

Normal mattresses can have an uneven give to them. The coils give where your body is lying, but they often don't give you enough support in the areas where you need it.

Most people that sleep on memory foam hardly turn over more than once all night long. Each time you roll over or feel pressure on certain parts of your body, it can wake you from the deep REM sleep that is necessary for a good night's rest.

With a memory foam mattress top, you don't have to change your bed, and it is affordable to get the best night's sleep with an easy installation that fits over your existing mattress.

Am I supposed to put a Memory Foam Mattress Top under covers?
Hey people. I was wondering If I am supposed to put a memory foam mattress top under the bedsheets like my normal mattress is. Or am I supposed to just have it on top of the bedsheets?

Yes, it should go under the sheets.

Underneath:) It goes under the mattress cover sheet that has elastic.

Put it right on top of the mattress and then cover with your fitted sheet and a plain/unpadded mattress pad if you use one. Sleep tight!

In this order... 1. Mattress 2. Memory Foam ....You need to take them outside and let the sun have at them a few times a year...they are best replaced every 2 years max. 3. Mattress pad ......You need to have this to protect the surface of your Memory foam and mattress should be washed 1 time a month minimum. 4. Sheet

I agree with "The original me" I would only ad that sleeping directly on the MF Topper would damage the foam and could be hot as well. Enjoy.
