look in actual fabric store. Sometimes they have fabrics that are not shown online and an associate can help you. I know the majore fabric stores here are Joann fabrics and Hancock fabrics, but look in your phone book and see if there are any in your area.

um!! you might have to get some fabric paint and paint your polka dots on the royal blue. I would paint the dots first with white then go over them with yellow. Make a template out of plastic to make doing this easier. My favorite site for fabrics is but I haven't seen any royal with yellow dots on it either.

if you live in australia you could try spotlight. they have EVERYTHING. no joke. here's the link you can buy stuff online and stuff if you need to. =] Hope this helps!!!! ♥♫♣ edit if you can't find the stuff you could cut out the yellow circles and sew them onto the blue material. it would be timely but it's worth a shot.
