I am making my mother in law a popcorn gift basket for christmas, not a MOVIE gift basket because she doesn't liek the movies. I want to know what else i can put in it besides microwave popcorn. She loves popcorn and eats it at least once a day. She will love a popcorn basket and i think it's rude to act like i odn't knwo what i'm doing. all i wanted was someone to give me some suggestions.

Dear sir or madam, Upon reading your query I have one suggestion, and that is forgetting about the popcorn and buying your authority figures a nice bottle of red wine. - Lord Vorhis

You could buy her chocolate or a fondue kit to cover the popcorn in. Other options are: Popcorn Seasoning (White cheddar, ranch, etc.) Books. Fruit. Gift cards. Gag gifts. Etc.

popcorn seasoning? A fancy bowl to eat it in? Different varieties of popcorn... E.G. Regular, carmelcorn, cheese coated popcorn.. etc.

does she like books instead of movies? maybe a book you think she might like, or a gift card to a bookstore. you could add some scented candles, chocolates, and it's all the fixins for a relaxing evening.

If your putting different variety of popcorn's, why not give some different flavors of salts and butter sprinkles.Sorry that's all I can think of. Hope I helped.
