remove all the screws from the door panel including any that hold the arm rest or door handle on,and then the door panel pops off from the outside edge of it,use a flat object like an old screw driver,and get in under the edge of it and start pulling out wards on it ,this should start to release it,then you,ll be able to get to the switch real easy to un-plug it,good luck with it.

Dodge man's got it. I do this every day at work. Be careful when prying with a screwdriver not to break the plastic clips that hold the panel on the outside edges. Good luck!

to take teh panel off: handle bar on the top there is a plastic on the right side take a screw driver and pop it out and then un screw then the door handle to open the door there is also another plastic covering the two screws then unscrew all two and pull out the handle bar then get something sharp and flat like a screw driver and lifting around the window button panel until it just pops out and then unplug it next is pulling the panel off of the door just pull out from the bottom fist then the sides and then lift up push the lock down would help a bit finally to put it all back put the top part of the pannel in first because of the door lock and then just bang everything back in place
