Rainbow trout?In a frying pan how long do you cook rainbow trout for? and any ideas for sauce? Like maybe lemon? Its fresh with the skin on the one side i don't own a meat thermometer... And s for bones, there is none..I find with most fish the skin comes off easier after its cooked..I just have never made rainbow trout before... I've done salmon many many times and tilpia..and haddock....Should it flake the way salmon does when its cooked? I guess sauce was the wrong word to use...seasoning is what I should of said sry about that its a fillet...so theres no head..just meat and skin
