I dont even know what that is.. can you check some websites then post a link to what it looks like.. do you mean something like one of those full sized air mattresses similar to what they use in camping?.. I suppose you could just put one on top of a wooden bed foundation.. well BK.. they didnt have them at our umark or saco here in Khobar.. but I did find (but this was a couple of years ago) a full size air mattress at the camping department of this store right next to Sultan gardens in Khobar next to the old Giant store.. I cannot remember the name of the store other than its connected to Sultan gardens just next to Giant.. but again, this was a couple of years ago.. no telling if they still sell it.. this also was specifically sold for camping to blow up with your car motor and use inside a tent.. but it might serve for any other purpose.. but the questioner didnt elaborate on what sort of air bed he wants.. I recently 6months ago bought new mattresses from sealy.. so I was looking in the markets for good bedding.. I saw some regular good mattresses that claimed to have air chambers inside the coils supposedly to give you better support.. I dont know if thats what he meant.. check sealy or serta mattresses
