Just google this as didn't know what it was..... But looking at it, it depends if your LO likes to be swaddled, my daughter hated being swaddled as she like to have her arms out and legs like a frog to sleep, so it would have been a waste of money for me. Also just generally swaddling your baby with a normal blanket/sheet should be enough, personally I wouldn't bother with one of these as there isn't a miracle in this blanket that swaddling in a normal blanket that can't be replicated.
