Choosing a Wine And Glass Rack For Entertaining

wine and glass rack

A must have for the wine enthusiast is a wine and glass rack for easy entertaining. By having a wine and glass rack not only can a great bottle of wine be at hand for impromptu entertaining, but the glasses are right there so there is no need to hunt for a glass again.

There are three primary styles of wine and glass racks to pick from. The first is the hanging style that are anchored to the ceiling. This is an elegant style great for kitchens and nooks.

The second is wall racks that easily secure to the wall. These racks come in a wide variety of selections with many having a second shelf perfect for additional wine or wine accessories.

The third style of wine and glass rack is the cabinet style wine and glass rack. The cabinet style wine and glass rack comes in a variety of styles from large cabinets that can hold many bottles and glasses to small end table sized ones perfect for a romantic evening at home or on a getaway. Some even come with wheels perfect for rolling out when guests arrive and then putting back when no longer needed. Another advantage of owning a cabinet style wine and glass rack is that many come with a handy drawer for storing corkscrews and other wine accessories.

Today's Discussion

Can you put a wine glass rack above your kitchen sink?
I am thinking of buying a wine rack and the only place it will fit in my kitchen is right above my kitchen sink. There is a lot of room in this space, and already includes a built in wine rack. So, can I hang a wine glass rack here? Will the glass get spotty etc., when I do my dishes if hung there?

I believe it would be fine. Just be careful not to bump them when your doing dishes
